Brass Mill Art is looking for initial submissions to be galleried. To be featured all work must be original. You must be the artist or photographer and certify the authenticity of the original work in terms of being free from any worldwide copyright infringement. You may not submit plagiarised or copied artwork or IPR.
Brass Mill Art will publicise and promote registered members works for sale free of charge. A standard commission fee will be charged and deducted from the sale price by Brass Mill Art at the point of sale. The balance of revenues received will be forwarded to registered members within 14 days of receipt of cleared funds.
When the sale involves the purchase of original work (not a print), the registered member will be required to submit the original work to Brass Mill Art for onward transmission to the client within 14 days. Should original work be sold other than through Brass Mill Art, then it is incumbent of the registered member to advise Brass Mill Art so that the work can be removed from the gallery.
All exhibitors will be e-mailed monthly for them to confirm that the original works they have listed on the site still remains available for purchase.
